Our continued relationship with Canary Wharf to operate a High and Low Voltage distribution system
Our latest contract win with Canary Wharf Group allows us to support the Wood Wharf Development by undertaking the operation and maintenance of their High and Low voltage distribution system.
Originally appointed in 1991, we have delivered projects across multi-tenanted commercial and retail buildings. This location is the first to be controlled by a new commercial agreement in collaboration by the two organisations.

It’s great to see this existing partnership continue to grow through the further contract award at 15 Water Street. We have consistently operated and maintained the electricity network at Canary Wharf and I’m delighted we will be able to enhance the existing works we have conducted.

We are delighted to be continuing our long-standing partnership with UK Power Networks Services to operate and maintain our high and low voltage distribution system.
We will deliver this work over the following two years, drawing on expertise from the Commercial Buildings Team, who will also provide a 24/7 emergency call out response.
